The Operating department is responsible for organizing and planning each club activity. To be one of the members of Operating department, you need to be very prepense. It is important for you to have creative ideas and the planning skill. In the whole process of operating the activities, you should be efficient to arrange works well. Also to be a leader of your group, you have to be responsible, you will need to lead the members to complete a program.

市场部的成员主要负责宣传及推广社团活动，例如视频剪辑、微信推文等工作，所以你需要较强的写作能力，并且可以进行排版设计，同时有剪辑视频和绘制海报的能力会更好。另外，在宣传内容方面，市场部需要与其他部门进行沟通合作，所以你还需要较好的沟通能力。
The marketing department is responsible for advertising WSSC in different ways, such as producing video and writing WeChat articles. Therefore, you need to have a good literacy ability and the ability to design posters. It is better for you to do the video clip too. In addition, because of the contents of publicity, you also need to communicate and co-operate with other departments.

外联部主要工作是负责活动赞助，洽谈合作计划，提高WSSC的声誉。你需要擅长与人交流谈判，英语流利，并且思维活跃。如果你有赞助资源或着谈判的经历是最好不过的。
Public relation department is responsible for finding sponsorship for activities, discussing co-operation plans and improving the reputation of WSSC. You need to be good at communication and negotiation, be fluent in English, and be active in thinking. If you have sponsored resources or business negotiation experiences, that would be better.
